Deposit is another payment method. To use deposits You need to Go to Your business profile business.walmoo.com- Settings- Account- Account settings and check Use deposit- Save. After that Your business will be able to add&use deposits. Deposit can cover the entire purchase amount or just a part which is also changeable.


To add deposit

1. Identified customer by scanning NFC tag or QR code.

2. Use one of the shortcuts to customer’s profile.

3. Click on deposit.

4. Enter manually the amount of deposit, Confirm.


To use deposit in purchase

1. Identified customer by scanning NFC tag or QR code. Swipe from left side to right to open side menu.

2. Turn on (turns blue) deposit usage in purchase.

3. Enter manually amount of purchase, Confirm.

4. Summary view where can see deposit discount and total sum for purchase, Confirm.


To change amount of deposit in purchase

1. Identified customer by scanning NFC tag or QR code. Swipe from left side to right to open side menu.

2. Turn on (turns blue) deposit usage in purchase.

3. Enter manually amount of purchase, Confirm.

4. Summary view where can see deposit discount, click on amount of deposit.

5. Change the amount of deposit usage in purchase, Confirm.

6. Summary view where can see new deposit discount and total sum for purchase, Confirm.


Cashback

Cashback is one of way to start loyalty, where customer in his deposit receives percentage part of Payment transactions. How to create cashback loyalty read here.

Cashback process

1. Identified customer by scanning NFC tag or QR code.

2. Enter manually amount of purchase, Confirm.

3. Summary view where can see total sum for purchase, Confirm, Continue

4. Customer has received amount of deposit in his profile.
