Levels are one of way to start loyalty, where customer has to carry out level earning conditions by doing transactions. Coupon, stickers package, discount and deposit accumulation discount amount depends on the customer’s loyalty level. Levels can be permanent (does not apply accumulation rules) or changeable (need to accumulate specific transaction sum to acquire/maintain specific level).

First of all, need to creat level configuration Go to Your business profile business.walmoo.com- Loyalties- Levels- +Add levels configuration to make default level.



To create levels configuration

General settings

1. Transaction type.

Choose the type of transaction (Payment, Check-in, Time, Points) that will count for levels.

2. Recalculation frequency.

Set how ofter (do not recalculate, recalculate every month, every 3 months, every 6 months, every year) will reset accumulated for all customers (with no permanent levels).

3. Departments.

Check departments where levels will be active and available.

4. Users.

Check users (administrator, manager, operator) who has rights manually to change level and set level as a permanent.

5. Default level.

Enter title of default level.

6. Description.

Enter comments about levels, earning conditions.

7. Save the level configuration.




For check in transaction (exception)

1. Transaction type.

Choose Check-in mode for transaction that will count for levels.

2. Max frequency.

Set limit how ofter (no limit, once a day, once a week, once a month, once a year) transaction will be counted toward level.

3. Recalculation frequency.

Set how ofter (do not recalculate, recalculate every month, every 3 months, every 6 months, every year) will reset accumulated for all customers (with no permanent levels).

4. Departments.

Check departments where levels will be active and available.

5. Users.

Check users (administrator, manager, operator) who has rights manually to change level and set level as a permanent.

6. Default level.

Enter title of default level.

7. Description.

Enter comments about levels, earning conditions.

8. Save the level configuration.





To create next levels

Go to business.walmoo.com– Loyalties- Levels- +Add level.

1. Title.

Enter title of level.

2. Amount.

Enter transaction sum that customer need to accumulate to acquire this specific level.

3. Save level.




To edit or delete levels

Go to business.walmoo.com– Loyalties- Levels- Edit- Delete level.

When all necessary levels have been created, need to activate levels to make levels available to all customers.




To activate levels

Go to business.walmoo.com– Loyalties- Levels- Activate levels- Yes.

After activating levels only level titles and description will be editable, all other data will stay read- only. When levels are active, customers can carry out level conditions and receive loyalty prizes (Example).




To edit level title after level activation

Go to business.walmoo.com– Loyalties- Levels- Edit- make changes- Save.



To change level
Administrator manually change customer's level.
Go to Your business profile business.walmoo.com Customers- find necessary customer- View- Actions- Set level- Choose level, click level type (permanent or changeable)- Save.
